Autobiography
My name is Abizai Cano and I was born on the 23rd of May, in Iztacalco, Mexico. I’m a father of 4 amazing boys and 1 gorgeous girl! I come from a family oriented background, my family emigrated from Mexico to provide a better life for my brothers and myself. My mother and father still share their love, lecturing, and knowledge. For about 13 years of my life I studied Taekwondo and other styles of Martial Arts. I became really good at it and would practice 6 times a week for about 2-3 hours a day. Having attended many competitions, I was looking forward to making martial arts a big part of my life. A big part of who I am as a person, is due to my Masters who taught me about great discipline and respect. In my senior year of high school I became a father. Unfortunately, I had to leave school in order to work and provide for my impending family.
I started off working in a restaurant environment and have worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years. I started from the bottom to learn all the foundations of a restaurant and gained great knowledge in the process. I’ve come across great employers who took my hard work into consideration and offered me a manager position. Those who know me know that I have a big passion for cooking as well.
Rewind back to the year 2003 where my involvement in the dogs all started. My very first dog (male) I purchased was from a Pilipino man named Joe who lived in Los Angeles. The male I purchased was named “Barrera’s Blue Samurai” and was black and white. Afterwards, I would take my dog out with me everywhere and I met a man who had Camelot style dogs. He caught my interest in our discussions about different style dogs. After doing some more research, is where I ran into razor’s edge and greyline bloodlines. This led me to my next introduction to a man named Mike where I bought my next dog, “Chicano.” Mike introduced me to Warren from Do Good Kennels, Tiffany from Able Paws, and Mario and Rodney from New Trojan Kennels. In the process of meeting all of these breeders, I went to Richard’s house and saw Monster and Gotti while they were still young. As time went on and after seeing all of these dogs, I was really impressed and it just kept my interest going. However, I still felt there was something missing in what I had pictured in my head as a bully. I started researching some more with Mike and we found Tilo from Ruckus Kennels. For the first time, I had seen a dog closer to what I had previously envisioned, Blaze. Eventually through Tilo, I met Marco Suarez from Suarez Bulls Kennels.
This is where I saw Samurai Paco for the first time and was awe stricken. This was the dog I had initially envisioned all these years in the beginning of my journey at that present moment. As time went on I worked closer and closer with Marco who mentored me more and more about bully’s. Throughout my time working for Marco I met a variety of breeders from around the world.
Fast-forward to 2015 at the Lights Out Bully Fest V, is where I met Val Macedo from WBA/Seabad Bullys through Oscar from Blue Pride Kennels. They asked if I had the space to show Mufasa in the Champion Class. This was the first time I showed Mufasa and where my journey began with him. Throughout my time with the Macedo family I champed and grand champed out 5 dogs owned by Val. Thanks to Val’s friendship up until now, we have shared many eventful moments together as well as so much success! I’m glad to have been to able to share all of these moments and am very grateful to Val and his family for including me on their own journey as well. Due to this, we were able to take Grand Champion Mufasa all the way to be the top dog for 2016, with an astonishing total of 69 Best in Breed’s.
ABKC GRCH WARRIORS OF GOD SAMPSON IS also a great big part of my career. I met Sampson’s owners mark and Tammy Wagner #TEAMSAMPSON in Dinuba, CA at an ABKC show. I stArted to show Sampson all the way to the 2019 ABKC NATIONALS IN HOUSTON, TX were we successfully Winning the American Bully GRCH CLASS and BEST IN BREED NATIONAL WINNER. Is was a very emotional moment for us because that was there first nationals with a dog mark and Tammy produced. That was a great experience for me because ever since I can remember that’s always been my goal to achieve such success in a big event like Nationals. This was another Journey that I’m blessed to be part of. I thank Mark and Tammy from Warriors of God Bullies for making me part of this forever memory that will live in our hearts and memories for ever.
Along the years, i started the foundation of CANOS HOUSE OF BULLS. I have also produced some of my own Champions and Grand Champions. I have gained a great respect and trust within the bully community which enabled me to show and champion/grand champion other dogs as well.
Starting off this year (2017) I became a representative for Bullypedia for the West Coast. Bullypedia offers great programs, such as generations of Pedigree database, DNA profiling, breeding statistics etc. If you are looking to get your dogs certified with Bullypedia, feel free to contact me for more information. Can’t wait to see what else this year has in store for me!

Short Biography
What’s up everyone? My name is Ashton Edwards but some of you may know me as Brimm’s owner. I started diving into the amazing American bully breed in the year 2013 but didn't truly take it seriously until 2017 and became the founder of 30 Bound Kennels. Since that time I have gone on to handle some of the best American bullies on the planet and produce multiple champions and grand champions in multiple registries. I have also judged multiple shows, both sanctioned and fun! I take breed standards very seriously and try to create a dog that is functional while also being WOW FACTOR! I look forward to seeing you all at future BBKC shows, keep it bully everyone!

Working with my wife (Shawn Park), we raise and mange all dogs within our house and kennel to provide the best health, training and socialization we can. We breed to a plan to better our productions. Our goal in our productions is Temperament and Personality to reflect the companion breed they stand for. Then we look at the physical health and structure of the breed. We would like to say we are very prompt to responding and meeting the expectations of our customers. We would like to think we have strong coaching skills related to listening, questioning, challenging and feedback.
Show Training & Handling
I have worked with all of our dogs in show training and have done some handling in the show ring.
Extensive knowledge of Breed Standards and experience within all Breed classes. We have a lot of on hands experience in breeding’s for American Bully’s and French Bulldogs. We share this knowledge with anyone who is in need be it clients or not. We just want everyone to be successful and not have to experience many hardships in the breeding life.
My name is James Branham. Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. I've been breeding dogs since I was 6 years old. The American Bully breed for the last 10 years. Pocket Extreme specifically. At this point, you can say it's in my blood. My father bred APBT, my grandfather bred English Walkers (Coonhounds), my cousin bred Beagles. I believe it has helped me tremendously in choosing the right dogs. Breeding dogs has always been a common topic of discussion for my family. Basically, it was a hobby. However, doing something you love doesn't always feel like work, so when I realized it could be a means to support my family, 2 things became a must in order to do so. 1: Companion first breeding second! 2: Always conduct business with integrity in mind and be honest. My grandfather always told me that when you tell a man that you're going to do something, you make damn sure you follow through. If you don't have your word, you don't have anything at all. 20-30 years from now, I hope people still talk about my dogs and what they did for the breed. Dogs that represented the breed well and made a long-term impact on the breed development. Lastly, I want people to remember me as a man of ethics and integrity.
